Offered is the Veteran’s lettering and branch of service logo and rank, name and date. Rank, Names, Dates, and Logos can be engraved on most of the products with a variety of engraving styles to choose from. Please contact me if you require a specific style of engraving that is not shown.
Hand Engraving
Hand engraving is a time consuming and beautiful process which shows stylish excellence and good taste. The up charge is a well added expense because of the old world art of hand chasing the surface of the metal using fine sculpting tools. All the products that are manufactured can be hand engraved.
Machine Engraving
This engraving process is completed by the use of a computer to input the information and an engraving machine to create the lettering or logo on a urn or memorial product. This is done by pulling a diamond tip on the surface of the metal, and results in a customized product that can be created at a modest price. The products that are machine engraved result in a beautiful finish worthy of the product being engraved.

Shipping Information
Free shipping is offered within the continental United States via UPS Ground. Orders being sent to APO, FPO and Post Office Boxes and international orders are not included in the free shipping offer and are subject to postage and handling fees. All USPS shipments will include tracking and insurance costs in the postage. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not included in the free shipping offer. International orders are shipped using either UPS or the USPS – each order will be handled on a case-by-case basis and billed according.
Most engraved items will ship within 3 to 5 days of receipt of order. Merchandise that is not engraved normally ships in 3 to 5 days from receipt of order. East Coast delivery time via UPS Ground is generally 1 to 2 days; Central States is 3 to 5 days and the West Coast is 5 to 7 days.
Express Shipping is available using UPS 3-Day, 2nd-Day and Next Day Air Services.

Please inspect the contents of your order carefully upon receipt. Shortages and defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order.
