MILTARY AND CIVIL SERVICE CASKETS

At-Need service is for fulfilling your request to purchase a casket and having
it delivered in a twenty four to seventy two hour time frame. Facilitating the transfer of your product is by UPS using their Ground and Air Services.

Pre-Need service will need up to eight weeks for delivery as a one-of-a-kind personalized casket, cross, and mailbox are custom made to order. A final
sign-off will be needed in writing to process the order and move forward.

Pre-Need caskets for the Veterans have been well received, as they take great pride in taking the time and opportunity to "dress for inspection" just as they would have while in service and gotten their uniform ready, and how they want to represent themselves at their final "pass in review". We'll work with you to make it exactly the way you prefer. Attention to detail is very important in that which we do.

Shipping charges are extra, and vary based on time of need for delivery and area of United States. Most shipments are "door to door" per your instructions - usually to the funeral home you have chosen. The funeral home can NOT require you to be present upon delivery, but you may wish to monitor the delivery time and have them verify the arrival and condition.
